有「日本國民女神」之稱的綾瀨遙最近主演的日劇《前男友的遺書》,開播以來好評不斷,劇集現已在「黃Viu煲劇平台」上架。
今次有別以往可愛正直的角色,綾瀨遙在新劇飾演見錢開眼的精英律師,貪錢演技不但被觀眾大讚有突破,就連原著作者新川帆立也激讚她兼具強勢和呆萌,是「劍持麗子」一角的最佳人選。
劇中麗子愛以美食減壓,綾瀨遙也趁機嘆盡各地佳餚,她亦笑言拍攝期間增磅不少,養出小肚腩。

曾數度獲封「最理想女生身材」的綾瀨遙,出道初期一度因為貪吃而暴肥至127磅,因而被經理人安排參加瘦身節目,並勒令她甩肉近16磅,否則必須退出藝能界。

秘訣1:起床喝溫水+伸展喚醒身體
綾瀨遙每天睡至最後一刻才起床,先會喝一杯溫水,然後做簡易的伸展運動,可以喚醒腸胃蠕動、清除宿便,這個是其美肌的小秘訣。
秘訣2:日攝1000卡路里
她之前因為貪吃而暴脹,控制飲食十分重要。她將每天熱量攝取控制於1000卡路里以內,早餐以香蕉和豆漿為主、午餐則進食燙青菜和雞胸肉。
同時多吃含高纖食物,用低卡的蒟蒻代替米飯,以增加飽肚感。極低卡飲食不能長期維持,以免影響身體健康。

秘訣3:每日運動至少40分鐘
綾瀨遙減肥時期每天運動40至90分鐘,慢跑、游泳、健身等幫助消耗熱量。
瘦下來後,她仍會透過拉筋和空中瑜伽來強化身體曲線,尤其最愛做普拉提,整合有氧、柔軟度及肌肉伸展,不論透過徒手訓練還是機器輔助,都能幫助訓練者取得身體的和諧與平衡,也能幫助雕塑身材與減肥。
秘訣4:日喝3公升水
綾瀨遙一天飲用2至3公升清水,幫助腸胃蠕動排便,以提升身體新陳代謝、排走體內毒素,令是其凍齡美貌的秘密。
